How do I request service?


Easy. If you’re a Barker, go into your Brooklyn Bark app and request it. You will receive an email from our scheduling team when a walker is assigned to your pup, kitty or sweet critter.

If you haven’t become a Barker yet, that’s also easy. Click on Service Request (top right of each page) to fill out your request. Our Team will get back to you within 24 hours to help you set up a custom tailored account for your pet and set you on your way to Peace of Mind.




What are your hours?


Basic hours for walk and care 10:00-6:00 M-F.

We can accommodate out-of-hours requests as early as 8am and as late as 8pm on an as-available basis.

We offer care on all weekends and holidays (yup, we work them all!) Out-of-hours, weekends and holidays carry a surchage.




Can I schedule holiday service?


We are happy to care for your pet 365 days a year. We are also happy to care for our employees 365 days a year. We do schedule skeleton staff on weekends and holidays to make care available, however, slots fill quickly, and the bigger the holiday the quicker they fill. Please book early and enjoy the Brooklyn Bark Peace of Mind that we’ll be there.





     DOG WALKS     

When will my dog be walked?


A pup’s walk will start during the 2-hour window which begins at the time approved. If your Care Associate is running late (we are balancing travel, pet personalities, medications, special needs) we will notify you what is happening.




How many dogs are on a walk?


Dogs are social and have individual needs. We play “doggy match making” by pairing your pup with one or two compatible pups so the walk becomes are mentally and physically engaging. We take pairing seriously! We want to make sure pups have compatible temperaments, energy and needs. After all, a 20 min walk for a Chihuahua is much different than a 20 min walk for a Great Dane.

Solo walks are available for unvaccinated pups, pups recovering from a communicable disease and pups who are congenitally grouchy and unsocial.

Your pup gets a custom tailored walk and you get Brooklyn Bark Peace of Mind.




Can I get my dog walked solo?


The short answer is, “Of course”. The long answer is that this requires special arrangements which you’ll have to make with Schedule@BklynBark.com. Unfortunately our schedules can not accommodate solo walks between 12:00 and 2:00. A SOLO fee of $8 will be charged.

If your pup needs a solo walk for either medical or grouchiness reasons, know we’re here to do it. And to give you Brooklyn Bark Peace of Mind.
