Prospect Heights

Prospect Heights is a stunning neighborhood of brownstones and trees.  

It is home to the Brooklyn Public Library, Mount Prospect Park (not to be confused with Prospect Park), the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the recently renovated Brooklyn Museum.

It is also home to numerous neighborhood activist groups. These groups were able to have the neighborhood declared an historic landmark district in 2009 to prevent additional change to this charming neighborhood.

The annual  West Indian Day Parade on Labor Day down Eastern Blvd in Prospect Heights is a delight as is the proximity to parks and culture.
